The fragrance inspiration and creation are based on a love story between Cabotine de Grès and the Ginger Lily flower: the two names are inseparable. Native to the Himalayas, Ginger Lily is best known as the flower used in stunning Hawaiian Lei garlands.

After almost 30 years on the market, the fragrance still contains this remarkable flower with its dreamlike, feminine quality.

The fragrance opens on a surprising whirlwind of mandarin, ginger and ylang-ylang as a prelude to the outburst of a unique floral accord. In the heart note, tuberose’s and hyacinth’s sensuous corollas mingle with ginger lily. This floral symphony lies on a drydown blending patchouli, sandalwood, musk and blackcurrant.
